The operations of Edufix are primarily based on three main principles: maintenance, training and consulting. They form a lifecycle service with which we can guarantee long-term and efficient machining power for our clients.
Our consulting aims to solve the client’s production-related problems, improve their time management, prevent machine breakdowns and extra stoppages, prolong maintenance intervals, and maintain steady production quality. Our expert consulting also provides means for improving occupational safety.
Edufix’s Jukka Honkanen possesses extensive experience of machinery usage consulting and solving practical problems. We specialise in Heidenhain software and customised machine-specific programming that aim to improve machining power and save time. Our extensive experience also encompasses geometrical measurements and calibrations, additional and preset setting devices and cutting fluids – this means we can offer a broad range of solutions to various challenges.
Edufix Oy is a training company certified by Dr. Johannes Heidenhain GmbH. In the Nordic countries, programming training certificates have been granted to three operators, one in Denmark and two in Finland. In Finland, Tampere Vocational College holds the only other certificate.
